What It Is

A Proof-First Readiness System

The RWA Readiness Packet is a structured, evidence-driven process for real-world asset projects — residential, commercial, or mixed-use — that need a verifiable readiness assessment before financing, tokenization, or institutional submission.

Every document you upload gets SHA-256 hashed, timestamped, and woven into a cryptographic witness log. The readiness report is generated from your evidence — not from assumptions — and the delivery package is locked behind a payment gate and (for Bank Packets) a mandatory human review checklist.

You get a PDF/HTML report, a delivery manifest with a unique manifest ID, and a verifiable intake hash for every document in the package.

Document handling: Documents are hashed locally. The SHA-256 hash of each file is recorded in the witness log. Document contents are processed for the readiness report and are not retained beyond the engagement. Chain of custody documentation available on request.

How It Works

The Proof / Witness / Report Flow

Document Intake

Each uploaded document is SHA-256 hashed. The hash is recorded with filename, category, and timestamp into a structured witness log.

Witness Log Root

All document hashes are combined into a single witness log root — a cryptographic fingerprint of your entire intake. Tamper with any document and the root changes.

TEV Scoring

A weighted property valuation estimate is produced using income, cost, and comparable approaches. Confidence is scored. Low confidence or data gaps produce CONDITIONAL verdicts.

Compliance Gate

A rules-based compliance gate checks for chain-of-title continuity, lien clearance, tax status, and documentation completeness. Failed rules block the PASS verdict.

Readiness Report

A complete report is generated with a report hash. The report hash is derived from all sections — any post-generation tampering is detectable.

Payment Gate & Delivery

The delivery package is assembled and locked until payment is confirmed (Stripe or x402/ATP). For Bank Packets, a human reviewer must sign off before the manifest shows readyToDeliver: true.

Human Review Gate

Bank Packet Is Never Auto-Delivered

Every Bank / Institutional Packet requires a named human reviewer to complete a 6-item checklist before the delivery manifest marks the package as ready. No code path bypasses this gate.

The checklist covers:

  • Report hash verified against intake
  • All required documents present
  • Compliance verdict reviewed
  • Disclaimer read and acknowledged
  • Attorney review recommendation communicated
  • Bank-specific sections reviewed by licensed reviewer

The RWA Readiness Packet is an architecture and readiness assessment. It organizes your evidence, produces a structured readiness analysis, and delivers a verifiable report package.

Attorney review is required before any regulatory submission, financing application, or transactional use of the report.

Auditor review is required before any financial statement use. Lender review is required before any underwriting or credit decision.
