GRAVITY- (Project Anchor) is a 7-phase forensic research operating system built to investigate the August 12 Gravity Event (Thomas Webb case). Seven systematic phases: Research Collection → Cryptographic Integrity → Mathematical Framework → Quantitative Scoring → Temporal Dynamics → Source Intelligence → Scientific Optimization & Blockchain Anchoring. Architecture: 36 modules, 87 CLI commands, 39 SQLite tables, 390 tests. Bayesian 6-component confidence scoring. Ed25519 signatures + Merkle tree chains + IPFS content addressing + CosmWasm Rust smart contracts for immutable on-chain evidence anchoring. Python 97.5%, Rust 2.3%.
