Merkle commitment anchored before event resolution prevents result manipulation. Economic staking layer: TRUTH (1B supply, 40% community/stakers, 25% early contributors), VOL, and LIQ tokens. Oracle: Chainlink (1.5x weight) + API3 (1.2x weight) + 3 validators, 66% weighted consensus threshold. DAO: 3 proposal tracks. 25+ FastAPI endpoints. 108 tests (41 + 49 + 12 + 6). Solidity ^0.8.20.
