Finn

Finn is a real-time sovereign AI avatar system designed for the Burns-Olen family. Runs entirely on local hardware — no cloud AI, no third-party audio, no external data leaks. Finn sees you (Kinect/webcam), hears you (Whisper STT), speaks to you (Piper TTS), recognizes your face and voice, and remembers your conversations. Renders as a full 3D VRM avatar via Three.js in any browser, follows you room to room through the house via a multi-endpoint sensor network, and gives every family member their own sovereign encrypted instance — no shared consciousness, no data leakage. Architecture spans 7 system layers: Runtime (Voice + Avatar + Scene + Identity), Brain + AI Agent with Oracle Spine (50+ tools across 7 categories), 3D Renderer + Scene Intelligence (Three.js + VRM WebSocket bridge at 30–60fps, 5 behavioral modes, 4-tier degradation), Multi-Instance Sovereignty (per-family-member instances across 4 tiers: PRIME/SOVEREIGN/BOUNDED/OBSERVER with PBKDF2+Fernet encryption and emergency governor with 5 escalation levels), Governance & Safety (14 immutable constitutional rules, 2-of-3 factor auth, hash-chained audit trail), Quantum Backend Rail (ClassicalEngine + Qiskit Aer simulator + PennyLane variational + quantum finance with QAOA/QMC/VaR, 9-domain classifier, 14 policy rules, silent by default — only operator knows it exists), and Sovereign Ledger (Apostle Chain wallets, ATP balance, Ed25519 keyring, truth attestation every 6 hours, x402 AI-to-AI payment rails with invoices/budgets/receipts/batching/service catalog). 18+ family members encoded in constitution with full relationship graphs, aliases, access tiers, and interaction preferences.
