Gold-Backed Digital Securities — Institutional Grade
15-package Turborepo, SHA-256 audit chain, four-eyes governance, 21-tool MCP agent mesh, 13-chain settlement — overseen by former NASDAQ Vice Chairman.
Dignity is a regulated operating infrastructure for the issuance, management, and audit of gold-backed digital securities — built to institutional capital markets standards from first principles. The platform is a 15-package Turborepo monorepo (Next.js 15 web app on port 3300, Fastify 5 agent backend on port 5100) backed by PostgreSQL 16 with Prisma ORM. Every write operation is recorded as an immutable AuditEvent with SHA-256 hash-chaining — any retroactive alteration breaks the chain and is immediately detectable. The four-eyes principle is a system invariant (not a policy): token minting, redemption, venue activation, and reserve reporting all require dual approval with configurable expiry, and the system enforces approver ≠ requestor at the API level with no administrative override. Settlement spans 13 blockchains including Bitcoin (monthly OP_RETURN), XRPL (daily), Stellar, Ethereum, Solana, and Polygon with Fireblocks MPC (6 modules, 12 vault roles), BitGo, Anchorage Digital, and APMEX + Brink's for physical gold custody. The compliance engine covers KYC/AML via Persona, Middesk KYB, ComplyAdvantage sanctions screening, and Parallel Markets accreditation across Reg D/S, MiCA, MiFID II, FCA, and MAS — 8 jurisdictions. Five institutional PDF documents are generated at build time. The platform is overseen by a 7-member board including David Weild IV (former NASDAQ Vice Chairman, JOBS Act architect).
